Description
The Racelid KF-X is the latest in Racelids’ helmet range. The first specifically developed for use in karting and priced at an entry level. It meets the same CMR-2016 standard as many of the “NAME Brand” karting helmets. Great value for those just starting out in Karting motor sport.
The KF-X is certified to the CMH standard, developed jointly by the FIA Institute and the Snell Memorial Foundation. This standard has been developed to create safer and lighter helmets for use in karting.
Under CIK regulations, helmets with Snell-FIA CMH standard (CMR) approval can be used by all drivers in karting. With a smaller shell size than some helmets with the aim to reduce the weight on a junior drivers neck. These helmets are strongly recommended for drivers under 15 years old.
