Delivery times for Express shipping are from the point of dispatch not point of order placement. There can be delays out of our control with shipping companies and there can also be delays in completing your order ready for dispatch.

Fire Extinguishers are pressurised vessels and as such can only be shipped via a road freight service.Other liquids may be considered dangerous goods and not be permitted to be shipped via an Express service that uses an Air service as part of its shipping.

Tracking numbers are provided by the shipping companies. Some systems generate the number as it is booked but until there is a scan event, for example at pick up, there will be nothing to show in their system. Other times there may be delays in the freight companies system updating tracking details.

Our online order system allows you to choose from VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PayPal.

Currently our system cannot accept a gift voucher for payments, we must physically receive the gift voucher at the time it is beeing redeemed. Please call our Team on 03 9873 8700 9:30am to 5:00 pm Mon – Fri AEST to discuss this further.

If you have placed the order and completed payment please call our Team on 03 9873 8700 9:30am to 5:00 pm Mon – Fri AEST to discuss how we can amend or cancel your order.

There may be some delays in the system generating and sending a confirmation. You should also check your SPAM or Junk folder as automated emails are sometimes incorrectly marked as junk. If you need to return or exchange an item you have purchased please call our Team on 03 9873 8700 9:30am to 5:00 pm Mon – Fri AEST to discuss the best available options to do this.

For goods purchased online please return them to Att; online orders – Revolution Racegear 592 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham Vic 3132. Please ensure you include your contact details and a copy of the invoice. For goods purchased in store they should be returned to the original store they were purchased from.
