This LED rain light features 72 bright red LEDs for use on race cars during periods of reduced visibility and rain.
An LED Rain light significantly increases your visibility to other cars on the race track.
It can be mounted via M5 male threads on the back of the unit.
FIA Approved for motorsport use as Required in Schedule C Technical Appendix (motorsport.org.au)

Rain lights became mandatory for all vehicles competing in Motorsport Australia race events as from 2020, with competitors encouraged to begin using them from 1 January 2019 onwards. This applied to all race events on closed circuits across all levels of motor sport. Historic 5th Category competitors should check their specific requirements.
